Why don't you try an additional filter, this time a cannister filter?

Overfiltration is better than under filtration. what size of discus are they? Grown adults?

Looks Like they have come out from the Stress..But Avoiding Food even after changing from tetra Bit (Which they dont Like) to Hikari Discus Gold....I have orderd for Garlic Guard as it is not available in kolhapur,till then please suggest the alternative to feed them

Size 2 to 2 1/2 inch , I am practicing 2 Time Water Change in a Day..Is it not sufficient if we think they need a Clean Tank, Sponging the Glasses Every Weekend, Adding Canister Filter can be a alternative but Still this is a disease which should be eradicated by some antibiotic as I have gone thru Salt Water Treatment which is found to be a stable treatment till now Any more suggestions please revert

If possible continue with the salt water treatement and they should recover soon
Additional filteration is a nice suggestion

Is the temperature and other parameters same when you change the water ??
