1. Increase the temperature upto 30 degree celcius.
2. Change water frequently.
3. Use Methylene blue in tank. If it is lab grade, dose one drop/per gallon otherwise as prescribed over the bottle.

Vishal,

Whats common between the tanks - Ottos. Thats where the Ich has come from. Try and isolate the Ottos so that further spread is contained.

Thats a good collection fish and it will be heartrending if they succumb to the disease.
Once my tank was also infected by ich because I had added some store bought fish without quarantine.
I moved all the fish into an empty tank because I didn't want my plants to suffer and used the temp. raise method and added methylene blue to the add.
I kept them in that tank with increased temp and medicine for a week. Only after I was sure that there was not even a single parasite attached to the fish I moved them back to the planted tank. I was presuming that all the free swimming ich would have died by now because they would find no host.
After 10-12 days there was again an ich outbreak and this time none of the fish survived.
My Conclusion: Ich can be hard to kill even with temp. increase method. It can return anytime and without warning.

Yes Naufil but the treatment has to continue for atleast 10 days after the signs of the disease have gone, there may be some tomonts alive the lifecycle is 4-7 days, so the extended period is important for killing all the parasites, but as with all things i can just cross my fingers and hope.

brother remove all the fish in the hospital tank, increase the temp up to 30 degree, provide heavy aeration, change water daily up to 30%, after the itch is gone continue the temp and add rock salt and treat for atleast 10 days.

Increase the temperature, add methylene blue and aquarium salt.
You need to treat your affected tank as well, If u are removing the fish to hospital tank. Else you don't have to worry heat will kill them all(if its planted tank, lots of water changes and methylene blue).

Thanks and Regards.
