I have installed new heater & set temperature at 24 Deg but still my thermometer shows 22 Deg.
My small sucker catfish died & was left in tank for 2 days i guess & when i located it , it was eaten partially with no eyes.
My tank has Feather fin Catfish, Silver dollars.
No idea about the cause of it.
Any suggestion ...

It is highly unlikely that the sucker cat died due to temp. drop. Sucker cats can take temps well below 22*
It is also unlikely that died died due to predation,if your tank contains enough hiding places. Generally, fish find it tough to prey on sucker cats because of their armor like exterior. It is however possible that it succumbed to a disease. If its a disease then you must be cautious because it can spread fast.

Do you know the common pleco likes vegetarian food, like blanched spinach, cucumber, beans, etc? They do eat the common pellets that we buy for fish, but need a good diet to live long. In the beginning they eat any algae that is growing in the tank or other biofilm but it runs out soon... Did you give it algae wafers?

It might have died due to insufficient food or unsuitable diet. Most common plecos grow very large, and the reason people do not know this and keep buying them is because the plecos die prematurely and no one comes to know what their real size is.

In your tank you have some very voracious eaters
The synodontis and the silver dollars

And synodontis are bullies too
Although a pleco is heavily armoured its eyes are a weak point
Could be a possibility that the syno traumatized the pleco as synos are very territorial

Well, Jibran Bro. i think you hit the nail as both FF & S.D's eats everything & i always saw Syno bullying my sucker when it was near it.
I think it might have died due to insufficient diet also as Romi mentioned as syno used to eat everything on substrate.
But does FF can kill other fishes if its hungry or it will only eat other fish if its dead.
