Our mini-farm

Unread post by navneethtk »

Hey guys, so we (Green Shack) started our own small cultivation hub for growing, experimenting and cultivating different plants. We've started with cryptocoryne, stem plants, echinodorus and few runners. We now have 35+ varieties and 100 tubs for plants to grow. Here are some images.

I'll be sharing more as time goes on :)
Usually when we trim these plants we hand it out for free to hobbyists or shopkeepers if no one claims them. If you're interested just ping me on whatsapp 7760460770

Just want to know how you setups these tubs.

Are they in open area of shade?
Is there any substrate you using? I have also kept some empty aquariums in direct sun light with normal soil.
Are you also using any fertilizer?

All are in direct sunlight but they also get a bit of shade in the second half because of the trees. Using red soil base and river sand on top. Very simple setup :)

In coming days, I am planning to source some aquatic plants from abroad and cultivate them in tubs.

It's not worth it at all to do that. Growing such plants is best done in emersed.
