Eheim 2217 diminished flow problem

Hi ,
I have a 3 years old Ehiem 2217 filter, for last few days have seen flow rate have diminished quite a lot .
Checked there is no kink the tube and also cleaned the media. It has improved the flow rate but not much.

Please suggest

great idea. sometimes , we find we not able to judge rate accurately otherwise.

Cleaned the filter again and this time also ran without any media, still not much difference.

Clean the propeller and the pipes, do a backflush and check the voltage coming in?

Im using eheim 2217 and flow rate is almost the same.

No I do not have previous video, but it was 4-5 inches more in the water flow trajectory
