Resun 200 Chiller

A local supplier has second hand Resun 200 Chiller for which he is qotting Rs 9000/- . He told me that it's been used for about 2 years. Would like to know from Gurus if it is worth buying.

The reason he is selling ?? I personally feel it is better to buy a new one rather than old one

IMO it will not work as the flow of Eheim 2217 is very high and your Resun 200 needs low flow to work well.
should attach another pump with low flow arround 600-800 l/h IME..

After lot if thinking, I decided to try my luck with the used chiller and bought it today. It's been 3 hrs since installation and the temperature has dropped from 27 to 24. Let's see .........
