Hi,

You should find a level sensor with a plumbing store that sells Water pumps across delhi, they call it Water Alarm.

level 'censer' > float valve > water alarm, quite a difference in names there! 8-)

A float valve is not a level sensor, its a switch that will activate when a particularr level is reached, a level sensor is a device that will give aa buzz when a particular level is reached as preset, this is commonly known as water alarm at the local store, a lot of people use it to figure out when their overhead tanks are full so that the water motor can be switched off.
