Metal Halide Colour Temprature

Are 2 Metal Halide Lamps of 70W each (one 5200K & other one 600K) sufficient to bring in a redness to Neasea and Rotala Macaranda in 130 ltr tank with pressurised Co2 sysytem.

Tank Dimensions are 31'X14.5"X18". Gap betwwn Light & water is about 6 inch
