LEDs will be the good and feasible option.

in case of LED or Metal Halide or T5 how calculate the watt of light arrangement?????
light required in aquarium=length of aquarium X breadth of aquarium X level of light
=36inch X 24 inch X17 lumen/sq. inch(high light)
=14688 lumen (high light)
for T5-->14688/100=147W
for LED-->14688/150(minimum)=98W

IS THAT CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR CALCULATION LIGHT CAPACITY REQUIRED???????????????

No need of Chiller. Just add fan.

t5HO is not available in India, correct me if I am wrong.

You can use Pll or T5s, lower the water level in the starting is better to ease the initial hurdle.
