I was looking for 39 Watt T5HO (4100lm - 76 lm/W) in 3 feet. Was not available.
Instead, got 21watt T5HE (1750lm - 85 lm/W) in 3 feet. And using High output fluorescent lamps is only due to its high luminous efficacy.
Getting a tube in 3 feet with decent energy saving pinged me to get HE lamps. Still I am in favor of HO (due to total high lumens output in similar compact length) :)

T5HE is High efficiency
T5HO is High output.. so basically HE is an energy saving option for similar length of lamps.

Both are available in 6500k (cool daylight and other color tempreture)

otherwise, you can check technical data from osram site for available lamps.

hope this helps.

Thanks You boss, It was of great help to me, BTW all the 21 Wt HE are not 6500K Temp, so anyone who is going to buy the same must look at the Color Temp before buying. Blindly buying the 21 wt HE osram tubes may be wastage of your hard earned money.
