@marsaiko. i got the reply from the dealer, but i found the meanwell driver to be bit costly, maybe i would try for cheaper model from meanwell. i found the following sites for online ordering.

Please share, if anyone knows abt other online stores. i would also try in local dealers over here for led , heatsinks and driver. i am also searching for some dealer to build acrylic enclosure for the setup. right now i am very busy in home, once i sort out time, i would go searching for dealer which economical in getting the stuffs.
Further more, did anyone had experience in ordering led online, i need to know if there is any work need to be done for custom clearance

Check the post from Mr.Apuda about the LEDs. Should suit you best.
Custom clearence is 50-50 I heard, declaring them as gift will help though.
