Soon people of many countries will stop buying chemical ferts and start buying coconut water

thats awwsome buddy :) dont know why when i add coconut water in my aquarium after some time water turns milky..

:1 happened with me also took 7 water changes 80% to remove that cloudiness from my tank, whenever i siphoned the milky solution used to start rising from under the substrate :( :(

Ready packed is good normal hobbyists
playing with coconut water is is tedious , and need much Patience ..........more over eager to learn ur tank


i shall try in more tanks and post some more If ppl r interested
moss , fern anubias are under test
and I tested in some amphibians

Maybe the milky appearance is due to a bacterial bloom. Coconut and its water are very high in readily available nutrients. That is why if the concentration is high then you will have a bacterial bloom. Maybe you have to dose in low concentrations so that the tank flora have time to break it down. Additionally I think large tanks with good sunlight will easily take the extra nutrients as compared to indoor aquaria.

My initial thoughts are that with roughly 3.5% sugars it will be a hefty dose of carbs for indoor aquaria unless in very small quantities.
