Coconut water is also used in earlier days in the process of Tissue culture of aquatic plants due to high nutrition values.

is there any list available on the content of coconut water?
it is sterile and contains minerals...but how many and which ones?
does it also have makros?

i think these are the ingredients which are interesting for us...so the coconut water serves as micro + K + P supplier, right?

US recommendations for adults.

these are good but what about the carbohydrates, sugars and Protiens that it also contains.

Well since these are organic, majority of these will end up being broken down by the bacteria. Finally into Nitrates acting as an organic manure.
In a well cycled tank, shouldn't be a problem
But as far as benefits are concerned, I got no idea...
