CO2 Spillter

I have couple of CO2 Splitters but not getting CO2 flow from both ends. Would like to know if any one have used it and whats the experience .

Can you please post a pic of what you have, may be we will be able to understand better.
If it was all working find and it got choked, its better to clean with a gush of gas.

It didn't work from day one. I Hv two spilters and both Hv same problem.
