Even if you succeed you will eventually end up with a tank which will last almost 1/4 of what a 1 kg standard cylinder does( considering 250 ml cylinder) and even lesser when compared to larger cylinder and the cost of refilling will be the same. You'll also be making multiple trips yo get it refilled. So these poi,ts are worth considering.

finally he done it
made it in a lathe from a MS block and the above posted vale
no harm till now noticed . can be modified
