i USED FISH PACKET AS COVERING

one of my friend said that there is a short of air circulation
is there any way to improve ?

I don't think you need much air circulation
I have grown emersed plants in softdrink bottles that I only open once a week for a minute and they do pretty well
So try with your current setup and observe how plants respond before making a change
If they stay in cool temps and diffused light, they'll be fine

till now it show no problem
leaf stood up
i just spay water on morning time with a spray bottle
applied small quantity liquid fertilizer in tray @ very small qty
and
waiting for its response
