NA style scape - unnamed
Hi All,
It's been ages that I was a regular in the forum especially after extreme level of increased work pressure and my marriage but in a way I was missing my tanks as well after I shifted to my new house. In a way I really wanted to get back to the aquarium so wanted to do something little bigger than nano's that I always have done (as some of you might know). So without further delay let me present you all with my latest tank (had many tanks before but finally planned to maintain one planted tank and a biotopish build due to severe shortage of time). Details have been furnished below -
Tank size - 30X18X15 inch
Soil - Base layer (caribsea eco complete), top layer (contro soil 2mm)
Filtration - 2XSunsun HOB 302 (1000LPH)
LIght - 2X36W 7000K PLL+1X36W 6500 PLL custom build acrylic hood
Decor - Wood (collected from personal trips+bought some), Rocks (Collected from trips), sand (Yet to be added)
Plants - yet to decide since tank is -presently in cycling stage
Ferts - DIY EI (once planting is done)
Stand - Iron stand covered with wooden cabinet pieces stuck via magnet to give the clean look at the same time not create issues with stand strength integrity.
Fauna - not decided yet
PFA the hardscape of the tank presently under cycling - planting to be done in the next 2-3 weeks. BTW - Wood pieces are now submerged completely and big rocks holding them down are now taken out
Like always - comments/critics are welcome
Post water fill up and cycle start

When first time I saw this tank, it is far away from your style. Looking fresh in your collection. Just waiting for the plantation.

Which plants are there? Looking very attractive specially the grass plant in back of woods.
