If you're talking about the carpet one a chance is there. Actually I bought HC from bunnycart. At first it was like HC with small round leaves. Maybe an emersed grown Rotala lol. Anyway after a week or so they began to grow with long leaves and long strands. I'm really tired of pruning it anyway.
Seems like Rotala sp Green lol

Now I stopped co2 to slow down the growth as my other plants are not so co2 demanding.

Stopped co2 and now controlled the overgrowth I think. Ordered 1 kg of Aquaclay for adding as biological media in top filter. Floating 2 or 3 water wisterias may use up phosphates and nitrates from water column more effectively.

Stopping co2 will not do good for your tank, would request you to add more type of plants and may be try to shape them up by trimming. You can see tanks online how you can shape them up.

stopping co2 will make ur plants leggy and nodal distance will become more.

Yeah I know without co2 plants won't flourish as before but the plant growth is much higher when co2 is diffused. Actually tired of trimming that carpet, HC or Rotala whatever it is.

This is my aquarium setup

Now I'm working with an experiment to reduce the flow from the filter using a bottle trick that I invented just now lol

I reduced the flow from the top filter by dividing the flow using a T connector and now it's circulating well.
After stopping co2 the growth is controlled so that frequent trimming is no needed. But the problem is hair algae. Slow growing plants like Amazon swords , sagittaria subulata etc are fully covered with hair algae. So I introduced 2 pair of Rainbow sharks. Two blacks and two albinoes of 2.5 - 3 inch size.
I think they have started their work even though those serpae tetras are disturbing them in between their job.
