Not sure whats going inside your mind, still you may get some reference, and its really difficult for you to search special rocks, you may go for something like following with simple road side rocks and DIY DWs.

As I have decided till now:
1. Left side will have a slope with slate rocks. I will also try to attach some moss over slate rocks. The upper middle part of the slope will be covered by Barclaya longifolia red. One reason behind to grow Blyxa on top is to getting flowers of the plants. Back side of slope with Blyxa japonica. Slope will be covered by hydrocotyle tripartita.

2. Right side will be fully covered by steam plants such as Rotala rotundofolia green, red and pink. The back right side have Ammania gracilis with Sunset hygrophila and ludwigia repens.

3. Glosso will be in front side followed by hair grass and Staurogyne repens, Staurogyne porto vehlo. Also put some xmass moss on small stones between the foreground plants.
