my lake malawi tank

hi all
here is my lake malawi tank..
Tank 3 18 18
Filter 2000l/h internal filter
heater Jager 200w at 27degrees
3d backdrop.
course black gravel
some locally collected rocks
Fish are assorted malawi cichlids
feed them hikari cichlid bio gold and hikari cichlid excel
water change 70 percent weekly
let me know what you all think

Remove the current substrate and add sone very fine gravel/sand, so that the cichlids can dig some..

Nice looking Malawi tank......nice background......sand as substrate would be better( as stated above). Mbuna loves to dig ,hence sandy substrate is preferred.

Just wanted to point out Mbunas r herbivorous.Hence feeding hikari gold should be occasional (only once or twice in a week as a treat)....
