Neolamprologus multifasciatus: Up, Close and Personal. Video

Unread post by sumer »

Hello cichlid lovers,

Recently I have been on a detective mission. Mission to find out who damaged the ventral fins of my alpha Sumbu shell male.
While on my quest, I was keeping a sharp and close eye on my tank. So while doing that, I thought why not to make a video of what I am seeing.
And yes, I did find out who is the culprit. To find out, watch the video yourself :)

LINK

This was my second attempt at making video. Please let me know if you could notice the slow mo part in the vid.
Thanks,
Sumer.

Multis are like small sharks that attack in groups, they are the most aggressive and unrelenting among the three small shell-dwellers species available to us as the smallest cichlids: similis, multifasciatus, and ocellatus stappersei meleagris. I wish the other two were easier to find.

Sai: Sorry mate, No vids of Sumbu fries. They are like the most secretive fish in the world. The male and female both goes in the same shell, they do all their business in there and then come out like nothing happened. I did get a glimpse of a few fries but that was the only time I saw them in last month.
