any one breeds bettas in Bangalore?

Hi friends.
i was wondering if any one breeds bettas in Bangalore?
If yes what is the ph of ur tap water? What do u do to condition the water?
This is very serious issue for me.
I have bred bettas in Mumbai and successfully raised them.
Please guide me through this.

Well.. Friends.
I found out that there is not much of a problem with Bangalore water. But then every area in Bangalore has different ph. For that we can use Almond leafs or peat moss that works really good.
One of the hobbiest raised some 9 frys to adulthood.
That's a very good news for me.
