We are announcing the second edition of “Best Topic on Aquapetz” contest to improve the quality of posts on the forum. The aim behind the contest is not to increase the quantity of posts. All of we always focus on quality instead of quantity. The rules for the contest are as follows:
1. Any member of forum can be participate including the authorities of forum.2. Anybody want to participate in the contest should start the new topic after July 15, 2014 with abbreviation “BTY”. For example “BTY: How to setup a planted tank”. Last date 15 September, 2014.
3. Unique and Self researched information will get extra points.
5. Copied material from other forums/sites will not be allowed here.
6. Dedicated and regular members of forum will be appointed as Judges of contest. They can also nominate topic posted after 15 July, 2013 in contest as wild card entry.
7. Best Topic will be chosen on the basis of members voting. Each member will have two votes to choose his/her favourite topic.
Evaluation will be based on following points:
a. Is the matter of the topic originally belongs to the member?
b. How authentic is the presented information?
c. Matter should not be posted on any other forum/site.
d. How given information is helpful for the aquarist?
e. Way of satisfying the queries of members.
f. How supported photographs, diagrams, movies belongs to the member. Photographs should be uploaded in forum gallery. Outside links will not be allowed.
