Re: WTB Culinary Herb Plants !!
I bought some seeds on ebay. They were chamomile, thyme, sweet marjoram and chives
I found NationalSeeds to be a nice seller
The seeds germinated for me.
But then I neglected them and weather was a bit warm as well so they wilted away before their first true leaves.
I'm gonna try again in winter.
Currently I'm trying to grow Red cherry tomatoes the seeds of which I got from a local seed store
They have germinated very well and look strong.
Also join OTG (Organic Terrace Gardening) group on facebook. There are many people who will be willing to guide you and share some seeds.
Keep us posted on how things go for you

No special care actually
I wish I had treated them well enough that they had survived
I just germinated them in cocopeat on my widow sill and the room had a desert cooler running to keep the temps a bit low and humidity high.
