A very bad choice for a planted aquarium, they need a lot of flow, low temp and high oxygen....

This fish need some speciall arrangement:
1. Make a river setup with fine sand, and rounded rocks.
2. They eat algae. Most of these fish dead due to lack of proper food.
3. If you want to keep in future, source some algae which grows over rocks in streams. Scratch it and bring your home. Take a vessal full of water and put it where it can get indirect sun light. Put some round rocks in the vessal and algae. After some days all the rocks will covered by algae. Daily put one rock in aquarium. Next day remove that rock and put in vessal.
4. In tank there should be very fast flow and oxiganited water.

Just too good.
You are getting good day by day.

Any dead fish can flow down the river but it takes a live one to swim back up stream.
