Unread post by Keluthi »

I've made a DIY hood for my New Natives Tank. Tank specs - 3ft x 1.25ft x 1.5ft (lbh).

Thank you, Sai. As of now I've decided to leave it as it is for a while. May be I would think of it after completing the 'Final' setup for my Natives...

Is it necessary to paint the hood..?! I mean, if I leave the hood unpainted, will it cause any problem/damage the hood in the long run??? Plz clarify..

The moisture will spoil the plyboard. Best will be to paint the inside with Silver / white paint to act as a reflector for your lights. Outside Paint it to match your room décor.
