but now guys guide me is this stuff available in plastic ?? coz metal will rust with time specially for the saltwater tank...

They are made of steel and hard chrome plated, its not plastic, for rust what I can suggest that you if you want to further water proof it, coat a layer of transparent enamel

If you have time then you can make something similar out of solid polyurethane bar
