Plants growth & Nutrient Deficiency.. Suggestion Needed

Hi Guys,

I'm facing few problems and need your suggestion

Problems:
1. Stunted or very slow plant growth & GSA on some plant leaves & on glass wall & few leaves are now start falling off
(To me its seems Phosphate deficiency)

My tank details:
1. Tank Volume - 100 litre
2. Filter (Overhead sump filter 1500 ltr/hour) Soon going to replace it with canister filter
3. LED Light - Custom made (22 white + 2 blue)
4. Substrate - Platinum


Dosing & Maintenance:
1. 1.5 ml Glut dosing (Alternate Day) (Planning to go for a pressurised system.. need some suggestion)
2. Weekly 40-50% water change (RO Water)
3. Photo period (3hrs + 5 hrs = 8hrs)

Micro Nutrient
1. Seachem Comprehensive (Weekly 2.5ml)
2. Seachem Iron (Weekly 2.5ml)

Macro Nutrient
1. 3 ml in alternate days of each solution in night, as suggested by Rajiv Ji (Scorpio) see below:

Mix all of below mentioned chemicals in 300ml of water.
Potassium nitrate (KNO3) 1 teaspoons
Potassium sulphate (K2SO4) 2 teaspoons
Magnesium sulphate (MGSO4) 3 teaspoons


Flora: (Stunted...very slow growth)
1. Hemianthus micranthemoides
2. ANUBIAS NANA
3. Hygrophila Polysperma -Green (now have GSA)
4. HYDROCOTYLE TRIPARTITA "HONDA" (Almost gone only have few stems left with few leaves)
5. Sagittaria subulata
6. Java Moss (Melting.. Is this due to Glut dosing)
7. Hygrophila Corymbosa (now have GSA)
