In the
Section MACHHI BAZAR (COMMERCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS)
Sub-forums Want To Buy and Want To Sell
May I suggest that each person titles his post in this manner by adding location in brackets
Eg :
Want to buy Discus Fishes. (Delhi)
Want to buy Siamese algae Eaters. (Hyderabad)
WTS - Bucephalandra species (All India)
WTE - Pellia (Ahmedabad)
WTG - Water Wisteria (Mumbai)
This way a user can save time and think if he wants to open it or not
If I live in Mumbai I don't need to open a thread/post by someone from Hyderabad. I can easily see the Mumbai related threads/posts and open those first because they are relevant to me
Just a suggestion to save time. Hope this can be implemented.

Location should be mandatory before registration is considered complete, Sushant and party are totally spot on. 
In case Aishwarya Rai wants to join the website, and she is afraid of being stalked by crazy men, she should be given the option to choose the option specifically ('Do not wish to reveal'), it should be made part of the options in the drop down list. At least the joinees who simply forget to do it (85% of the cases, i feel), will do so. They keep running around asking for this and that, when what they want has its availabiliyt limited to a few specific areas.
This will save us from needing to remind the person over and over, as i have seen people do. ...

This is not possible from a practical point of view.
To implement this then we have to create sub forum depending on every city,place our members are and the future ones will be.

C'mon guys...I Don't get the reason why people might be unwilling to update locations
We do not want anyones complete address. So is it something a risk of security.
If people wanted to be kidnappers or robbers, they'll go looking on facebook or some other sites, and not talk about fish on a site dedicated to hobbists
There is something we people have in common. There is a reason why every one of us will spend our cash for the love of our pets and not on ourselves
This is because we are good people who love and care for the world we live in.
And this is what I respect and honor in you guys
And that's why there's no point in hiding anything
