I collect this type of moss from Dehradoon.

i got it from aqua by nature, i ordered for Fissidens sp. Mini around 3 months back and till now i was thinking that it might take some time to form the actual shape but now i am a bit doubtful that's why wanted experts to ID the moss.

Thanks

Fissidens collected locally started growing vertically for me too. Would be interested to see a close up macro shot (out of water)

Cheers,

Karthik

Interesting, aquabynature is good in this trade. So just do get a confirmation and forget to let us know.

Hi Asheesh

Sometimes growth depends on conditions like light Co2 etc

Also these are very slow growing moss and take time to show proper leaf structure.

Give it sometime it should grow out well. Thanks

Regards
Seetharam Rai

so just wanted to double check with all, before i order it again, do we have any other place where from we can order this plant?

This is problematic. Our retailers maximum times do supply directly through plant nursery and here problem arrives. Nursery guys send "wrong" plants and the retailer has no clue about that, happens quite sometime with many of us.
