Have successfully kept them when I was living in Pune (boy miss those times, was a tetra heaven for me, all the possbile tetras were available there.....

These are very pretty fishes, keep them in a planted tank in a school of atleast six (preferably more), they are not fin nippers and dont have any special requirements except for a tightly covered tank. There was less than an inch gap between my tank and the hood and this little guys sometimes used to jump out of that tiny gap, lost most of them like that only.............
