How you culturing fairy shrimps?
By Soak the eggs in well oxygenated fresh water for 12-24hr.

Buddy if you tell fry of what species than it will really help others to answer. As Romi mentioned vinegar ells are good for surface hugging fry and microworms for bottom dwelling.
Infosuria is the best for smallest of the fry that have become free swimming and have passed the egg sack stage. Another option is to have a ready culture of paramecium as infosuria takes time to reach the harvest stage.
