You can go for 3 or 5 watt LEDs. There light should be penetrate upto bottom. One guy here in Delhi also growing high light carpet plants in T5 HO florescent tubes. Here in Delhi temperatures touches upto 45 degree Celsius in summers. I uses fans to decrease temperature in summers. But I think fans will not so much effective in Kolkatta due to humidity factor.

using good reflector can solve most of the problem with ur current setup.

Nice to here u ishaan...
I just planting for 2/3 months, before release the throttle, should think which type of tank u want to set.
1. Low tech Low light tank
Or
2. Hi-tech tank..
In case of "1" you need some DIY substrate, u can google for it. ( I prefer Latarite+River sand)
for "2" u need branded substrate(like ADA, Aqua clay etc..)

offtopic one query i saw the air tube is attached to the powerhead which is attached to diy co2 and whats that green colour pipe???whats the use of that pipe???
