Rajiv ji, I think you must take atleast 5-10 pics and choose best out of them.
One you posted is not at all sharp enough, if you are trying auto focus it might be slow am thinking compared to fish speed. Try manual focus and see your luck.
And humble request to start a flicker or picassa album, posting attachment with small pics doesnt look impressive.

The picture was not sharp. See the mouth of fish. I clicked that moment.
