That is what I am saying, the meeting should have some agenda in the first place for members to particiapte actively. The agenda should be decided and worked-on before the announcement of the actual meeting.

I am ready to present on fish breeding provided we have some members interested in the topic. But it will not be possible in the coming meet on March 1 (as I already have some prior commitments). Maybe some one else can come up with something to present this time.
