A new 4ft planted tank

I enquired with few wholesale electrical shops about 54W T5 HO in Mumbai, but its not available. Any idea where would I get it.

I am finalising on Aqua Zonic Super Bright 54X4 watt lighting fixture. The quotted cost is 8K with 4 tubes. Advice / suggestions are most welcome.I will be buying it over this weekend.

Aqua Zonic light fixtures are good. Waiting eagerly the updates.

HO not available in India.

Go for Aquazonic ,perfect.

T5HO bulbs are available if you know where to look for them. I got them from an Osram distributor directly in hyderabad. 6500K 54W. Google and try to contact them at your place.

A friend built me 2 x complete DYI T5HO units. Dual chokes for 54W bulbs, holders etc everything are available in the market.

You can buy aquazonic t5ho bulbs from Chennai Aquastar. Get em shipped..

I checked in Mumbai, some of the suppliers said they have Havells 54W T5 but dont know if it is "HO".

I will buy the Aquazonic Fixture this weekend. The tank set up will start in September as the next task is to make a table.

sir I already said you in one of your previous thread, if its 24W or 54W they are HO, just blindly go for them.
Even when you ask in shops look for 24W and 54W, The term "HO" very few people know. Just see they are 6500K thats it

You can also go for Fluval T5 HO Life Spectrum available in Ebay & Amazon. Just fix them with T5 BALLAST, other spectrums are not for planted.
