this is a risky method and may cause unstable temperature fluctuations.

It is best to install a CPU fan over the aquarium. This will not decrease temperature suddenly.

i have a 2 yr old son, cant take risk of keeping an external fan..

3 guppies died due to warm water..

planning to give my angels to a friend and vacate the tank and will continue fish keeping post August. on the top of it, ill be traveling to Mumbai and Nagpur whole of June.

will plan to set up my tank again..may be ill sell this Chinese tank and get an acrylic tank from Lakshmi nagar with slightly bigger dimensions..

If you really want to setup a good planted setup don't choose an aquarium with inbuilt filter and lighting.

my old tank, trying new setup..Used sand purchased from Sarojini nagar fish shop.

Keeping no fishes as of now !
