Overflow Box

SInce I wanted to aviod drilling my new tank I thought why not give overflow box a try. I had tried the PVC method for the overflow but it didnt work quite well and also didnt look that well.

I made this using 5mm Acrylic Sheet (laser cut ofcourse), its a simple box type overflow and so far can handle 2500L/h without failing. Water level is perfectly maintained and so far no failure after numerous ON / OFF. However a final systematic plumbings is still pending.

howmuch does it cost for lazer cut? and how do you prime the white pipe?
