Injury or disease

Today I found that one of the Angel fish in my tank was showing signs of torn fins. Please have a look and let me know if it's due to some type of infection or my flame gurami nipping on him.

Looks like disease to me.
Try some salt and raise the temperature and see what happens. If the salt works, the fin will regenerate.

Apart from this there is no sign of illness ,The fish is active and eating well.

This tank get 25% weekly water change. And at 60 gallons with 6 angels,4 SAE and 1 flame gourami in a mid planted,I guess it's a decent figure.
Anyways the fish looked much better today, and I'm sure the gourami was the culprit.

separate the fish and then observe if the fin loss continues.

The redness has receded, you can see the improvement in this pic.
