There are two options.

AC or DC fans.

AC fans can be plugged in to normal sockets. They are getting quite common these days, you get them as 'instrument cooling fans' almost in any electrical shop, prices ranging from 150-300 for 4" fan. 1 of such fans is enough for your tank. Evaporation rate is very high you you have to keep up with topping water every day.

DC fans need adaptors. You can use common CPU fans of various sizes for this. 4 of these are equivalent to one AC fan, Each costs around 50-200rs depending on quality and RPM. If you have few old CPU fans and an adaptor lying around in your house it'll be free for you, else it'll cost almost same as(or more than) one of the AC fans. They are better option for small/nano setups.

Recently I have made some DIY fan fixtures for my tanks, very cheap to make but requires some skill. Fortunately I have documented the process as well, will post a thread dedicated to it. So hang on...

Buy AC cooling fans. They are available near Shahdara Metro station. After reaching Shahdara Metra station, Cross the road and ask for Rohtas Nagar Sukra Bazar Chowk. There are 3-4 electronic shops. Buy a 4" Industraial Cooling fan from there. Cost will be around Rs. 200.00

I am using 2 CPU fans, got them for Rs 50 each and SMPS costed me 120 and connector to fan another Rs 10. And i have been using them for quite a time and working fine. Got CPU fans from computer repair shop. Had to go few shops as not all the people were willing to sell cpu fans though they had it.

The computer fans, they are 12 Volt fans, you can run them using the any 12 Volt adapter, which are generally used in cordless phone and other eletronic stuff, if you dont have space crunch then yea go for SMPS.

Glad you liked it. I have wasted a lot of money on fixing up these "Indusrial AC Fans", unpredictable, unbranded, heavy...Imagine i bought 5 in the last 3 years, and just one works now.. the price difference is actually negligible between them and Jebo per individual fan all said and done, and JEbo comes with very neat clasps and a premium feel.
