Procedure is still to be followed. Might not get this month to work on it. Here is the pic on the underside of cap, where i would need a reducer to connect it to the outlet of pump. Can i use brass reducer in it if i don't get plastic one.

Good concept ... Brass is not recommended.. Try S Steel or even GI will do... please use teflon tape in joints. I think you have to place the feeding pump inside the tank..! Any alternative plan?

Dont use brass connector. make sure to connect every part very firm and have patience while everything glues together :P

All the best.

Hi Guys,

I am really sorry haven't update for so long on this. Fish keeping had only limited to only changing water only for so many months. I had made the working model month back but then didn't get time to install it.

The pictures are self explanatory and would tell all the steps. Now I know it works without any leakage would work on a bigger and better model. I had used filter can of old aqua guard water purifier. All the things I have sourced from shop dealing in water purifiers and costly my just around 500 bucks. I had not used the bigger can as shown in the previous posts as first i want to check if it works. The flow of water seems little less so I would use pump of higher power next time.

Since everything is made to fit in so no chances of leakages are there. A desi model of this filter can is available in market for 100 bucks or so.

Sukhdeep
