Rajiv ji these are Prolight Opto LEDs
It depends on your driver mine is max 48v so I can only run 13 LEDs to stay in limit as the forward voltage is 3.6.

Actually I want to make DIY LED strip for a 90 X 45 X 45 tank with 28 LEDs (watt). How many drivers, I need.

An expert can explain it better, as I'm not an expert in this field.
But the basics which I've learned is that normally a (white) LED (1w / 3 w) VF is 3.3 with 20% variation - For exact VF & Current value check your LED specification.

For example:
28 LED with 3.3 VF : 3.3 x 28 = 92.4 Volt
Also check your LED optimal current rating, generally 1w @ 350ma & 3w @700ma listed as Test Current, unless specified otherwise.

Note: Constant Current Driver is preferred for driving LEDs in series.

Still I have to buy LEDs. This time I want to use Osram 3 watt LEDs.

Rajiv ji, you can go for 26 if you use two of above drivers. Like two sets of what Rajivzee has.
