How to calculate required LED lighting (full spectrum) for planted setup?
I need to get LED setup with coolwhite, red, and blue leds for 2 feet x 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet setup.

Have you checked these recommendations?http://aquabite.tk/category/brand/sanrise/

Should be full spectrum I think

Best to use neutral whites, 470nm blue and 660nm deep red. Ideally, include 490nm cyan, 520 green, and 420nm violet.
The ratio is ten neutral whites to one of the supplementary colors.

Total wattage: 30 watt
TOTAL 24 LEDS - 16 Nos of 140 lumens white, 4 nos blue , 4 nos red (1 watt each)
white led lumens: 140 lm/w
led lens angle: 45 degree
dimension of light fixture (heat sink): 15 INCHES LONG X 4 INCHES WIDE X 2 INCHES HIGH

Will it produce sufficient spectrum for my 2 feet(L) x 1.5 feet(B) x 1.5 feet(H) planted tank I am planning to make?

From where are you getting LED Driver. I also need.

Find a seller on ebay from kerela. Talked to him regarding the led lighting requirement. He has been involved in making and selling products with LED.
here's the profile:

The spectrum will grow plants much better and provide significantly higher CRI.
14 nw and 2x of the colors = 24 leds.

Here's an online app for DIY LED spectrum. The spectral power will vary between the app and actual LEDs but gives a rough estimate.

Instead of 660nm, I would use "full spectrum" LEDs, royal blue with a red phosphor.
