Regulator looks deadly!
You plan to compromise on safety against money?

NO
that regulator is a branded aquarium product without gauge !
only cylinder is industrial

here co2 is needed in out door tanks in which moss/fern/valisnaria are growing
glute is not preferable to those.

you say Industrial fittings are much low quality and safe than branded aquarium products ?

recently happened to read some on Fb regarding a comparison study about T5 tubes

A branded one costs few K osram cost few 100s comparison of light spectrum reveals the result
i wish to use money effective and result oriented
me personally not a fan of brand names thats Y i opened this thread.

thanks for your response

Ok, what's the capacity of the regulator? And does it have pressure relief provision? And brand name?

Industrial ones should be pretty safe as long as your source is trustworthy. Manufacturing this stuff is high capital investment so manufacturers don't experiment much and conform to regulations, I assume.

You guys should see what goes on with oxygen tanks in government hospitals. In comparison hobbyists handle these co2 cylinders e with kid gloves. That's not to say one should take chances, just that these are safe and durable, again as long as your source is trustworthy.

on the regulator there is no punching of brand name
i remember that it have capacity 0 TO 3000 PSI printed on its packing....... not sure..... next refilling time i shall test it

here it is using for outdoor purpose .
there is a control valve at the top of cylinder itself.
after adjusting the flow I removed its handle

Friend, I struggled as much or more. And still things are new to me. Atleast spent days to know what I need.

From what I know, the main valve shouldn't be controller, but must be full open or full close.
outdoor or indoor play safe :)

All the best, happy gardening

Agreed. The main valve goes to a regulator.
