i guess 7500/- for an old cylinder might not be a very good deal(i may be wrong on this though). hope it has been tested and certified for further use.

the diffuser looks cool, probably the best looking in the market.

So you bought a really expensive cylinder. Why did you buy the cheap Chinese regulator ? If that thing leaks or falters, you will have a lot of unwanted gas in the tank. Sorry to point this out, but this is not a good idea at all.
