how to joint acrylic sheets?

You need acrylic solvent ( Chloroform) to stick acrylic sheets. What is does is, fuses the joints and is called solvent welding. Solvent should be available in most of the stores stocking acrylic sheets, Vinyl sheets etc. Make sure the edges are smooth and dust free. Do not disturb the joint for a few hours, ideally it requires 24 hrs to set fully. If the solvent spreads on the sides while applying, do not clean it as it may leave smudges, just let it evaporate. Use a syringe to apply solvent between the edges. Hope this helps.
