ok 1st of:

True Live rocks sale is prohibited. You can be arrested if caught. The same applies for Polyps. You can get them but you are running a risk. People do sell polyps but they are legalized and have certification of being harvested from a legal seller/keeper.

You can contact Mahesh on +91 994 008 5595. He is based in Chennai but he can send them over to you or least guide you to someone who is selling artificial live rock.

Better check with Freakabhishek, he is selling lots of marine stuff. If LR is not found would suggest running excellent bio media or a wet/dry filter. But I know nothing will beat LR.
