Guys star moss is usually tortula ruralis or hyophila involuta which is commonly found around our country.

Also India has 86 species of fissidens as per a study in 2010. Many which are purely terrestrial and remaining which can grow in submerged conditions. What Karthik is showing is a species of fissidens.
