Usually a tank is stable withing 10-15 days.
But if the substrate is ADA, then it can be 1 month also
Also it depends what is your RCS source, if they are coming from hobbysit who is keeping them for long time and in study env, then they will be sturdy too and will be able to adapt faster. but if they are comin from a source where they are kept in ideal conditions lil RO water, cool temp, then they are more vulnerable log

Have you introduced any live stock in the tank currently? You,'ll have to cover the inlet of HOB with a fine net to avoid shrimps getting sucked in.
I second what Syed said source of the shrimps does matter, if you are not sure keep them in RO water for a while with a sponge filter in it. After a week you can used drip method to get them acclimatize with your tank water.

Can you post a pic of your tank. Shrimps love mosses & sponge filters.
What is the gravel size and what are you planning to feed them? if you have bigger size gravel it will be difficult for shrimps to feed as food particles may get stuck below the gravel and uneaten food will spoil the water quality.
