continuous feeding ??

greetings,
as the name says how do we feed out tanks continuously for 12 hours a day ??
reading something about algae and some marine fishes and inverts that they need constant feeding through the day but very small.... how to do that ?
the benefits are that the fishes are happy and there is very less wastage so no chemistry changes that leads to algae boom and in turn algae free tank so happy owner....
suggestions ideas are most welcome
